Rosie O'Donnell has proven to everyone that she's got talent in everything by DOING everything a person could do in the entertainment industry and doing it WELL. She's almost to her last show and she's ready to start concentrating on her main obsessions - her children. This story is about a life-changing experience that Rosie went through while deciding to quit the show that had made her a favorite in daytime TV for years.

Stacey became pregnant when her youth minister raped her. Her mother called the volunteer adoption agency that Rosie funds and told her about her daughter's plight. Rosie immediately donned the tights and cape and went to the rescue personally. This is where the roller coaster ride begins. Late nights, early mornings, dreams that always include Angelina Jolie, and memories of her childhood take their toll on Rosie as she goes through the motions of her everyday life. Who knew that this 15-year-old girl would be the biggest challenge Rosie has ever had to face in her life so far?

This is an amazing story and having it told by Rosie makes it even more heart twisting. You'll laugh, cry, and seethe with anger as you listen to Rosie's own words about her experience with Stacey and her compulsion to help everyone she possibly can. It's amazing to listen to how one girl who lives all the way across the country could change the life of the "Queen of Nice". I definitely recommend this audio book for adults.
