The
Vineyard Kitchen
Menus
Inspired by The Seasons
By Maria
Helm Sinskey
With
the change of the season, I have always felt it was difficult to
find the right meals that would compliment the changing temperatures.
I am thrilled to find a book that has been written to solve this
problem. The Vineyard Kitchen: Menus Inspired by The Seasons is
broken into four categories: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. Each
section uses the freshest of ingredients that is present at the
applicable season to create mouth-watering meals that will long
be remembered.
Maria
Helm Sinsky is an award-winning California Chef. Her recipes are
created from scratch and have their own distinctive flavor. Her
book includes 145 original recipes. Some of my personal favorites
include Black Pepper-Crusted New York Steak, Chocolate Soufflés
with Vanilla Bean Creame Anglaise, and Pumpkin Tortellini with Sage
Butter. Each recipe provides detailed instructions that can make
master chefs out of anyone. Very highly recommended.
