Reversing Diabetes Cookbook
More Than 200 Delicious, Healthy Recipes
By Peggy Dace, and Julian Whitaker

Diabetes is at an all time high. Many people worldwide are diagnosed each day with this disease. One of the leading ways to keep it under control is through proper diet and exercise. There have been many books written on how to maintain a health-wise diet. I have explored many of these titles, because diabetes is present in my family history.

After reading Reversing Diabetes Cookbook: More Than 200 Delicious, Healthy Recipes I was impressed at the content of this informative book. What impressed me the most is that author doesn't overindulge in all of the textbook information of the causes of diabetes, etc. Her brief, informative introduction gives a good foundation, followed by a wealth of recipes. With over 200 mouthwatering recipes, there is guaranteed to be something for anyone inside this book.

Some of the mouthwatering recipes that I added to my own collection include Shrimp Scampi in Wine and Garlic Sauce, Blackened Cajun Catfish, and Oatmeal Breakfast Cake. This is just a small sample of the expert recipes you will find that will tempt any palate. In addition, this book offers a one-week menu-planning guide, the perfect way to get you started on the path to taking control of your diet.
