The
Big Book of Recipes for Babies, Toddlers, and Children
365
Quick, Easy, and Healthy Dishes
By
Bridget Wardley, Judy More
From
the time a child is born until he reaches six years of age they
are likely to develop habits that they will carry with them throughout
their adult life. One of the habits they develop includes their
eating habits; without proper guidance they can eat foods that are
high in fat content or provide little or no nutritional value.
The
Big Book of Recipes for Babies, Toddlers, and Children: 365 Quick,
Easy, and Healthy Dishes is a must-have for any parent who
has children. From the early weaning stages it gives you a vast
selection of recipes that are sure to become some of their all time
favorites. There are many positive aspects that set this book apart
from others; some of the things that really made an impression on
me were that each recipe used natural ingredients and showed you
how long it would take to prepare. This is a must-have for any working
parent. In addition, it provided key symbols that distinguished
if it was dairy-free, contained peanuts, eggs, etc. A high percentage
of children now have food allergy; information like this could save
their life.
Parents
of all lifestyles and cultures take note; this is the book you must
add to the top of your must-have list. A cookbook like this would
make an excellent baby shower gift to any expectant mother. It would
give her an early start in thinking about how to prepare for her
new baby.
