     Low Carb Dieting, who has not tried it or at least thought about? Well now it is made easier in three steps with a wonderful new cookbook, "Low Carb 1-2-3." This book will make your low carb dieting much easier, as each recipe has only three ingredients and will work great with what ever Low Carb diet you are on.

    Each section of the book is easy to access starting with your morning foods, party foods, soups, and starters to your different meats and poultry and yes, even desserts. There is even a section for making fifty super snacks. However, to me one of the best parts of the book is the menus. Easy to read, with references as to what page you can easily find the foods to make each item on the menus.

      I have been off and on low carb diets before and found that I got bored with what I could eat. Now, with this cookbook, I find that I am ready to start eating Low Carb again, the healthy way with more choices for meals than I thought was possible.
