Semi-Homemade Cooking 2

by Sandra Lee

Women on the go will find Ms. Lee's Semi-Homemade Cooking 2 book to be extremely helpful-I did. Today, a large percentage of women work out of the home-either by choice or need. As one of those women, I am constantly looking for a way to cut down my time in the kitchen. Ms. Lee's book seems to be a more than adequate solution to my problem.

My family is a bit picky about what they put in their stomachs, but we do love Italian food. Both my daughter and I agreed that the Angel Hair pasta with roasted red peppers; feta and herb dressing included in this book would be a great addition to our Italian meals. We also love Mexican food. Dining out or in, we enjoy the spicy taste of salsa and the sharp taste of Mexican dishes. A new entree that we can't wait to try is Queso Fundido with Chile Rajas. The ingredients, whole green chiles, roasted red peppers and corn tortillas indulge our craving for Mexican food.

Ms. Lee also offers Asian, barbeque and comfort food as well as slow cooking and light and healthful recipes. Not to be left out are delightful offerings for everyday dinners, special occasions, sinful deserts and refreshing beverages. A must have book for today's woman!
