Grill
Quick And Delicious Recipes for Indoor And Outdoor Grilling

by Pippa Cuthbert and Lindsay Cameron Wilson

This book is packed full of many fantastic recipes on how to grill foods to perfection. The word grill should not be confused with the word barbecue.  No way, this book is about grilling food.

Grilling is a form of cooking that can be done anytime of the year.  There is no better way to bring out the flavor of foods from meat, fish, vegetables and even a few deserts. Cooks will love having this book in their kitchen.

Each chapter is very helpful and easily understood, beginning with the Starter chapter. A starter food is usually something fixed to hold one over until the actual meal. And starting with the next chapter, cooks will be able to plan the main meal.  This book continues with helpful hints and great recipes from the chapters called Bread in Hand, Skewered, to Vegetables and Salads, all the way through to the last chapter full of desserts.

Grill is one magnificent book packed full of savory foods you will love to grill.   As I was first going through the book I came across the recipe Angel Food Cake with Chocolate Cream, and it was wonderful.  The whole family will love the four ways to fix chicken wings; I know my family certainly did.
