Although this book may intimidate the average cook, I quickly found that this author did an outstanding job of providing all the information anyone needed to easily create their own masterpiece. There is an entire section that is devoted to the different types of equipment you will need for each recipe. An additional bonus inclusion is a glossary for any terms that you may not readily be familiar with. Both sections provide a sense of security that helps encourage readers to go forward and try their own hand at creating one of kind recipes.
