Insight
By Patricia J. Newcombe
Jenna
Jordon is pregnant and wondering at her mental stability. Her nights
are haunted by nightmares of demon faces appearing in mirrors in
the light of day. All her life, she has had a phobia of mirrors
and fog. She knows she’s adopted, so for the sake of her child
and her sanity, she is digging for anything in her past that may
hold some answers. David, her husband, thinks it’s all hormonal.
He refuses to believe in her fears, but she knows they are very
real. Something vile is after her, and the soul of her unborn child.
David
has grown frustrated with Jenna. She will not listen to reason and
a wedge is developing between them. He seeks out the comfort of
another woman’s arms. On the night his child is born, he sees
the creature from hell for himself. Now, he has no choice but to
believe in Jenna. He vows to protect his wife and daughter, but
Jenna knows of his infidelity. Can she forgive him?
Though
forces beyond believing seem to stand in the way, Jenna must face
all she has ever feared to save herself and her daughter. David
stands beside her, but the rift between the couple is strong. To
overcome this evil they must overcome all else and stand strong.
Love and faith may be the only chance they have in surviving the
evil that threatens to possess them.
This is a wonderfully written suspense
novel that will leave you breathlessly anticipating the next installment.
Once I started reading, it was almost impossible to stop. Jenna’s
struggle against the demon seemed very real. This book is very highly
recommended; a heart-stopping, breathtaking, very emotional read.
Brilliant!
