The Home Inspection Book from A to Z
By Guy Cozzi

This book is intended as an instruction manual for anyone wishing to get into the Home Inspection business. It is also recommended for anyone who is ever going to buy a home. By reading the various chapters, a new homebuyer can become aware of what to look for when shopping for that dream home. A little time studying this book could prevent that dream home from becoming a nightmare.

This book was originally written by State Certified Real Estate experts to train professional home inspectors. It has now been released to the general public to allow everyone the opportunity to benefit from all this great advice.

Mr. Cozzi shows the homebuyer how to look for potentially high priced repairs before buying the home, allowing the purchaser to negotiate for lower prices. The buyer is also advised of certain health and safety hazards such as lead, radon gas, asbestos or improper wiring and plumbing.

Each section of the book is divided into sections of the house and those chapters devote close attention to those problems specific to that area. There are ample illustrations and photographs to give the reader plenty of visual hints also.

All in all a wonderful book for a person looking to buy a new home, but don't forget the book's original intent as a manual for someone looking to become a home inspection expert. Home Inspection experts can earn up to three hundred dollars an hour and set their own hours.
