The All New Compendium of Cardmaking Techniques

by Various

Here is the second compendium of cardmaking techniques compiled from Search Press' popular series of books. Make cards with thread, watercolour paints, learn quilling and parchment craft, find an alternative use for eyelets, beads and silk ribbons, discover how to use glitter all year round and make cards with three dimensions.

You won't be bored with this wonderful cornucopia to delve into. Beginners will find the projects simple enough for them and there are plenty of staged instructions with clear photographs showing how to do it. More experienced crafters will find hints and tips for better work and some surely will be masters at all nine methods. As this is a compendium, beginners might feel daunted by needing to own so many different items, so maybe this is a better purchase or gift for somebody who already has some sort of crafter's stash in their closet. A master index completes the book, which I for one plan to spend many happy hours with. You really can actually learn whole cardmaking techniques with this book, which along with its eye-catching colorful photographs makes it a must for any papercrafter's keeper shelf.

This book and many others can also be bought from SearchPress.com which also has a list of mainly UK stockists of materials needed for the projects.
