The Crafters Resource Book: Christmas
Festive Perforated Papers, Stickers and Designs - All in One Book!
by Various
If you want to make your own Christmas cards this year, scrapbook your memories, or swap Artists’ Trading Cards
then this book is surely a must. There are 24 sheets of patterned papers, 8 sheets of stickers and 102 line
drawings taken from the Design Source Books. Surely anybody is likely to make something with all that!
I like the way the patterned sheets all have helpful grids on the back which make cutting them for any
project a breeze - metric and imperial, too! Some of the papers have patterns a mite too large for cards, so are
ideal for memory albums. There are some handsome tartan papers (and matching stickers) too, which are also ideal
for New Year. The illustrations will need a little tweaking on the computer or photocopier before they are the
right size for cards, as they are for larger crafts. Make holiday wall hangings, tree skirts, decorate cakes,
and embroider table runners and hostess aprons. Whatever you like, in fact. As usual with Design Source
Books you are allowed to use some of these illustrations on more than just projects for yourself, but you
need to read the small print to find out more. This does not cover the papers or stickers, but when you have
finished with your own crafts you probably won’t have any left over to spare! As usual, The Crafthouse Press
and Search Press have come up with something special and very useful.
