A
Simple Guide to the Art of Inner Beauty
By
Victoria Moran
Do
you want to be beautiful? You can be, and if you let your inner
beauty shine through, you already are! If not, Victoria Moran can
show you the way.
Not
all of us are born with a beautiful face and body. We can’t
choose how we look on the outside. We do, however, have a choice
of how we look on the inside. Our character is as beautiful as we
make it. When the character is beautiful and we let it shine forth,
we become the gorgeous woman we all want to be. In addition, no
one notices our flawed exterior.
How
do we begin? Start by taking care to let your best character show.
Change your attitude toward yourself. If you think well as yourself,
you can convince your body that it is beautiful. Give her positive
thoughts and let yourself be positive about yourself. Don’t
let those who are critical of your appearance remain around you.
In the same context, let other women be beautiful. Jealousy makes
you ugly, sharing in another’s good fortune makes you beautiful.
In
addition, you can improve your own inner self. Break a bad habit
by adopting a better one. In the matter of exercise, begin slowly
and build to where you want to be. Don’t go for broke all
at once. You didn’t get in this shape overnight. Be patient
with yourself.
I
found this book very informative. I didn’t realize how much
a person can hide. I have known a woman, a teacher, whose looks
were homely. But this lady had such a beautiful personality that,
by the time you’d talk to her for five minutes, she seemed
as beautiful as anyone could be. She was extremely self-confident,
yet no one was kinder or more loved by all with whom she came in
contact. She was truly lit from within. You will be too with Victoria
Moran’s help.
