Michael's Safari

     Monday morning opens a whole new world for Michael. With his canteen full and his backpack filled with snacks, he pulls on his boots. And the adventure begins. He visits the ocean, sails his Lego boat, and plays with walrus, seals, and polar bears. Wings his way further in his paper airplane. Michael meets all kinds of friends, and never fails to write his mother a letter, telling her he will be home soon. Good thing, too. By the time Michael returns home at the end of the week, he is very hungry, and Mom is waiting with lunch.

     What an excellent chilren’s story! Very well written, and the illustration is dynamic. Michael is very imaginative, and your imagination takes flight with him. My daughter loved Michael's story, and after all, children are the hardest critiques to please.
