Snowboard Twist
Outdoor
Adventures
By Jean Craighead
George
It's
a cold December day on the Teton Mountains. Snow has fallen all
night. Axel is ready to go snow boarding. His father, Dag, is head
of the local rock climbing school. Dag tells Axel they have to check
for avalanche conditions. Axel carries Grits, his adventure-loving
dog, in his back-pack. When Dag is checking the conditions at Glory
Bowl, Axel's friend Kelly shows up. She decides to snow board before
Dag returns. When the snow makes strange sounds, Axel, Grits and
Kelly react. Will they all make it back safe?! You'll have to read
the book to find out!
