     Mia loves sports, but she loves soccer the most. She’d make goal after goal and people would cheer, but when she doesn't make any goals, frustrated, Mia quits playing and goes inside, but the next day, when she goes outside to play soccer with her friends, she’s not allowed to. Will the kids let her play her favorite game again? Will Mia learn to be a good sport?

     This is an adorable story about good sportsmanship and the importance of accepting yourself. The illustrations are colorful and bring out the story with their depictions. This is a great book for any kid about a girl who becomes an awesome athlete by accepting that she’s not always going to have a perfect game.
