Time to Fly
A Fairy Lane Book

by Barbara Lanza

The Time to Fly festival is held every year on Fairy Lane. This year, Petals won the chance to sprinkle the fairy dust on the younger fairies like her little sister so they can fly for the first time. There's just one problem...she's LOST it!

Join Petals and her search for the pouch of fairy dust she needs so that her sister, Violet, and the other babies can take flight. Petals retraces her steps throughout the day, giving readers a chance to meet some interesting characters that occupy Fairy Lane.

Will Petals be able to find the lost pouch of Fairy Dust, or will the whole festival be ruined?

Time to Fly is an adorable read. The illustrations are full-length and masterfully colorful. The story is easy to read for any young child, and the illustrations are enough to make any child want to grow a set of wings and take off into the blue sky and dance around in the sun. I definitely recommend it for any child who loves the world of the fairies.
