by Suzanne Harper This book by Suzanne Harper is a fun version of the classic story The Three Little Pigs. It includes a glove that holds finger puppets of the three pigs and the big bad wolf. At the back of the book is a felt play board that the finger puppets can be stuck to and rearranged, for children to either make up stories out of their imagination or to tell their own tale of the three pigs and mean old wolf. It would be fun to hand over the puppets to a child and read the story. The pigs are even numbered, one - two - three, a great way to start number recognition. |
