Chris Gilson offers a quirky romance that revolves around a dysfunctional father and daughter, a greedy business partner, and a doorman. Witty narrative and animated characters makes CRAZY FOR CORNELIA a thrill to read.

Kevin Doyle is a struggling artist who realizes that his work is not paying the bills. Reluctantly, he takes a job at a posh Fifth Avenue Co-op building where only the elite are granted membership. When he is given a chance to help one of the tenants out, he knows it is against the rules, but he cannot say no to the intriguing blonde.

Cornelia Lord resents having to always be prim and proper for family appearances. Her fascination with the history of the man who created electricity is a sore spot between her father and her, and one she does not intend to give up. When her father's partner begins to press her for marriage, she wonders if he truly loves her or the family company. As a cruel plot begins to unfold, Cornelia turns to the new doorman at her family's co-op for assistance. Together will they be able to prove to her father that she is not crazy?
As the plot unfolds, I found myself infuriated with some characters for their lack of insight. As I turned the pages, bursts of humor would lighten my mood, and I just had to keep reading to see if justice was served! While I would have prefe rred to see more romantic play between Kevin and Cornelia, the story itself is a winner!
