This is a collection of short stories that range from hope to loss, from hurt to courage. Each story is complete in itself and not connected to the others. Some are depressing and some leave the reader stunned. Each is unique and holds the reader's attention.

The stories put the reader in some of the characters' places. The development of the characters is well done in some stories, and makes the reader want more. In other stories, the plot or setting is more important than the character. All are well-written and have a true beginning, middle, and end, unlike some stories, which the leave the reader hanging and wondering, "What just happened?"

These stories go through all of the human emotions. Some leave questions for the reader while with others, the reader is left asking for more. Some leave the reader to think and ponder while others leave the reader content.
