Heart
Seizure
By Bill

Heart
Seizure introduces the reader to a host of heartfelt "criminals"
and harsh politicians all fighting for one thing: a heart. This
book asks the question: "Exactly how far would you go for
family or governmental officials?" It introduces Spence
who is only trying to look out for his aging mother who desperately
needs a heart transplant. Spence goes through many tribulations
to help his mother. He incorporates the help of several people,
including his goody-two-shoes brother.
The
story line is fun and lighthearted. It seems a little ridiculous
at times, but that adds to the satirical nature of the book. It
makes the reader wonder what would happen if governmental agencies
would go as far as the officials did in this book. It makes the
reader question what they would do if they were in Spence's position.
The character development of Spence helps the reader feel connected
to Spence and want him to break through any obstacle that stands
in his way. It has the reader pull for Spence and hate the government
more than they already did, if they did at all.
It is
a fun read that provokes several questions in the reader's mind.
