In these trying times when our economical futures all seem to be shaky, the daily workplace has become a powder keg just waiting for someone to light the fuse. With all the job cutbacks and the term "downsizing" becoming so common, nothing seems certain anymore. Depression and anxiety often times have became the catch phrase of the day.

With Bounce Back! The New Play Ethic at Work this does not have to be the case. Lynn Grasberg shows the reader how to deal with multiple tasks and the stress accompanying them with a playful attitude.

Lynn shows the reader that by admitting mistakes, asking for help or laughing at a difficult task the job becomes easier and the whole working environment becomes more enjoyable, therefore less stressful.

The book is laid out with many short chapters, songs, jokes and cartoons. The illustrations by Todd Puck Wills, who uses the clown-at-work theme, are well-done.

If the unpredictability of your work place is getting you down, pick up a copy of Lynn's book and laugh your way to a better attitude and perhaps a better job.
