There are certain things in life that were meant to go hand and hand: horses, country music, and Lisa Wysocky. All three combined together provide a very delightful blend that fills the pages of an exceptional new book called The Power of Horses: True Stories From Country Music Stars. Through Lisa Wysocky's use of her extensive knowledge as a professional horse trainer and experienced public relations background, she is able to magically create elements that most authors are incapable of generating.

Upon opening this book, I was thrilled to discover some of my favorite country music stars were found relating heart-wrenching stories of how horses had changed their lives. Such great names as Lynn Anderson, Susan Ashton, Roy Clark, George Jones, Toby Keith, and many others, delighted me in relating their own 'true to life' experience. This was the type of novel that allowed the reader to be in total reading control. Time is a major factor in everyone's life; there is not always time to sit down and read a 300+ page novel. With Lisa Wysocky's novel, I was able to read as much or as little as I liked, but readers be warned - once you pick this book up, it is very hard to put down! A book such as this is very hard to find - and treasured once found!
