This book takes a look at how people can avoid the looks of middle aging through health and fitness. It takes a look at how people can increase the growth hormone naturally without supplements and describes what the growth hormone does for middle aged adults.

Mr. Campbell provides healthy information regarding how the growth hormone works and does not jump right into the fitness program. Once the reader gets past the sales pitch introduction and gets into the meat of the book, he learns important information regarding what happens when the body gets older and how to best protect oneself from looking older than one's true age. The book goes through realistic steps before one should start an exercise program and after talking with their physician. This book contains several good pictures that illustrate the exercises. Mr. Campbell also provides information on how to keep oneself motivated. He uses what has worked for him in his life to help others.

This is a realistic exercise program that could benefit all people to improve their looks, slow down the aging process, and feel better about themselves. This book contains worksheets of sample exercise plans, depending on your ability.
