From the Stone Age to the Space Age
By Nancy Garcia

From the Stone Age to the Space Age gives the advice of one person on what people should have in their lives technologically. Ms. Garcia gives advice from laptop computers to weight loss ideas. Ms. Garcia attempts to help people in providing several selections under each topic and does provide websites where people can purchase the items that she talks about in her book.

From the Stone Age to the Space Age is not for people who have minimum knowledge of what is out in the world technologically speaking. It would be more beneficial if there was more information on what all the components mean (i.e., exactly what is 32MB in a MP3 player?). For people with more knowledge, it is a well-informed book on limited products.

Ms. Garcia does a great job in breaking down each selection of products in their own chapter and does provide good and secure websites to check out the products. Ms. Garcia shows that she has done some of the legwork in attempting to find the best price for the best product, including checking out eBay.
