Each featured website has the URL, name, and customer service number. There is a review of each website too, icons depicting things from gift certificates to shipping prices, and section icons (such as Audio Recordings, Film and Video, Games, The Written Word, and Tickets -which are in the Entertainment section) to make for easy identification when browsing this book. Plenty of space to write your own notes comes in handy when making notes on orders placed or sites you liked.

If you aren't comfortable with search engines or if you aren't necessarily comfortable with doing online business, then this book it for you. You'll find the tips and explanations helpful.
