Home Is Where The Murder Is Reviewed by Vickie Adkins,

Intrigue begins immediately with
a near hit and run, and the impending meeting of Rachael's ex-husband,
Marshall. Saddle Gap is full of colorful and unique characters, all of
which welcome their favorite Rachael back home. Rachael learns that her beloved Grandfather has just sold his guest ranch, the place where the first of two murders takes place. Of course, Rachael is drawn into the investigations, and a romantic relationship with Deputy Nick Rittenour, the little brother of a childhood friend. Home Is Where the Murder Is kept me reading well into the night. I highly recommend this fast-paced mystery to those seeking entertainment. Rogers is quite a talent. You'll feel the pain of Rachael's busted kneecap through every therapy session, and find yourself putting a Hollywood face to the lively characters she creates. I'm hopeful that Carolyn Rogers has a series in mind for Rachael Grant. ----- Vickie Adkins is the author of "Tattered Pages." |
