Collateral Damage
By Austin S. Camacho

Collateral Damage reintroduces the reader to the private investigator, Hannibal Jones. This time he is hired to locate a fiancé, but when he finds him, Dean cannot remember much. Dean, unfortunately, is being accused of his co-worker's murder. In order to help Dean, Hannibal has to travel throughout the world and examine further murders Dean is accused of doing. Hannibal has his hands full in attempting to clear Dean of all of his accusations and from the death penalty.

Collateral Damage has a story line that continues to keep the reader intrigued and wondering if Dean actually did all of the murders he has been accused of. The characterization of Hannibal Jones is developed as well as most serial private investigators are in books. The fact that Hannibal has to travel all around shows that this story could take place and does take place in several different arenas. The mystery contains several twists and turns that keeps the reader on their toes about the “whodunit.” The twists and turns add to the quick pace of the book.
