Derailed

     Charles Schine was an everyday husband, overcome with the emotion and baggage that accompanies tragedy. It crept into his life and intertwined with job and marriage with such ease, he wasn't prepared to deal with it. He put it on a shelf, taking one day at a time, never expecting the unexpected.

     Charles' life became almost robotic until the day his daughter caused him to be late for work and he took a different train. From the instant he encountered a woman named Lucinda, his life began a downward spiral and what might have been an encounter with infidelity turned out to be much more. One wrong step corkscrewed into too many for Charles to keep up with. Each day found him deeper into his self-created world of sin, lust, blackmail, and illegal activity.

     Any man even slightly considering an affair should read Derailed. Nothing is ever as simple as it should be.
