The Cipher Garden
A Lake District Mystery

by Martin Edwards

Daniel Kind has moved into a wonderful little cottage in the English countryside. A historian by profession, Daniel is enthralled with the history of the cottage. The old stories involve the mysterious death of the couple who previously owned it. The answers Daniel believes might lie with the odd garden that has been planted out back.

While Daniel is working on solving the mystery of his home he becomes involved with a local unsolved murder. Can he piece together the puzzle to solve the mystery? Do the answers lie in the cottage's odd "Cipher Garden"? There are many possible suspects in this small village. Daniel's detective friend Hannah may be able to help him on his quest so that they both may find the answers they are looking for.

The Cipher Garden is an interesting story with a rich description of its location. It's a story you must read till the end to find out the truth as it winds and twists along the English roadsides with an ending you don't see coming!
