Fever
by Sean Rowe
Sean Rowe makes a remarkable debut with Fever. Matt "Loose Cannon" Shannon has a
new job following his FBI stint: security chief for the largest cruise line. He is faced
with trying to stop a gang of cruise ship robbers. Before his next cruise takes off, he
meets up with his stepbrother, Jack Fontana, who has done some things that he never should
have, including sinking a freighter. What will Matt do when he learns what Jack's newest
mission is?
Sean Rowe's characterization of Matt Shannon hits the nail on the head. Mr. Rowe also
does a fantastic job in describing Matt's stepbrother, Jack, and the possible heist on
the cruise ship. The action is well developed and continues throughout this debut novel.
The setting of the cruise ship is crucial for this story and works well. It is great to
read a well written novel that takes place in a different type of setting.
This reader looks forward to reading more from Sean Rowe and feels that he is a true
contender in the thriller and mystery genre. |
