More Than They Could Chew

By Rob Roberge

Imagine yourself with a computer that you purchased from a pawnshop that has highly top governmental information that was never deleted from the hard drive. What would you do with the information? Let the government know? Let the person who is willing to pay top dollar have it? This is the situation that Nick Ray finds himself in in More Than They Could Chew. Nick gets himself involved with a bad-dressing Russian gangster and a disbarred lawyer, while trying to decide what to do with the governmental information.
Mr. Roberge makes a highly unrealistic situation very amusing and interesting to read about. The antics of Nick and his comrades makes this reader laugh out loud and makes the pages fly by. Nick's affair with his friend, who is with another woman, adds to the personal life of Nick and makes readers realize that Nick is just as vulnerable as the people of the governmental list are. Nick's employment as a hotel night clerk puts him into situations which most people would find unbelievable (selling fetus pigs). These situations add to the humorous feel behind the suspense and mystery of More Than They Could Chew.
