Homicide detective Jane Rizzoli and "Queen of the Dead" Maura Isles are such exciting characters. I fell in love with these two gritty ladies in the first novel, and in this, the fifth Rizzoli/Isles novel, Gerritsen has developed some surprising plot twists and the gripping action kept me reading right through the night.
