by Linda Palmer As head writer of the daytime drama "Love of My Life", Morgan Tyler is accustomed to placing her characters in perilous situations. She is also co-executive producer of the show, which means she must protect the actors portraying these characters. She is confronted with reality when the show's leading man, Link Ramsey, is stalked and his apartment is trashed. The entire cast seems to be in jeopardy with even Morgan being stalked. A series of threats against the cast and the crew on the eve of their departure for a Las Vegas promotional trip places Morgan in the position of needing to discover the person and reason behind it all. An entertaining story with a realistic cast of characters, this is also a complex story with unexpected twists and turns. Morgan is a smart, caring woman who will put herself in danger to protect the cast The story is well written with excellent characterization. A real page turner with many behind the scene looks at the world of soap operas. A quick light read for a pleasant afternoon. |
