A Vison of Murder
Psychic Eye Mystery series, No. 3

by Victoria Laurie

Abby Cooper is back in a third installment of Victoria Laurie's Psychic Eye Mystery series, A Vison of Murder. This time, Abby has bought a house with her sister and handyman Dave, hoping to turn the investment into a tidy profit in a few short weeks. Trouble begins as soon as Dave sets foot in the house to begin renovations. His saw and drill start on their own and begin flying around the room, finally lodging in the plaster. Dave swears he won't set foot in the place again because it's haunted.

Indeed, the property is haunted. Even Abby's hunky FBI boyfriend sees the ghost of a woman murdered in the house. The rest of the book deals with finding out who the ghost woman is and what significance a Chinese puzzle box has to the mystery. Abby's home and office get broken into and she's stalked by a mental patient. The answers Abby and her friends find reveal a sixty-year-old mystery and finally put the ghosts to rest.

Victoria Laurie always offers a page-turner with each new installment in the Psychic Eye Mysteries, and this one is no exception. If you loved her first books, Abby Cooper, Psychic Eye and Better Read than Dead, you'll want to find out how Abby's doing with her new boyfriend and the hilarity that happens when her parents invade her sister's house. A Vison of Murder is another great read from Victoria Laurie.
