As we travel back to Poppyville, California, to check in on Elliana Allbright and her mystical custom-made perfume shop, Scents & Nonsense, we find that Elliana has received the chance to have her tiny house highlighted in a national magazine article about tiny living. But when the journalist is found dead and Elliana's brother's girlfriend is shot into the spotlight as the number one suspect, Elliana takes on the growing number of suspects to root out the truth before anyone else can fall victim.

First off, I have to start by saying, how beautiful is this cover? I don't know about you, but a cover always sucks me in and this one made me want to travel to Poppyville, California, and find Elliana Allbright's custom-made perfume shop, Scents & Nonsense, and then get lost finding the fairy houses scattered throughout the enchanted garden. And of course, no visit would be complete without giving some love to Dash and Nabokov. While I have read The Magical Bakery Mystery series (written as Bailey Cates) from the first book, this is my first time reading the Enchanted Garden series. I am glad that I caught this series early on, as this has rocketed to the top of my must-be read list! This book was so much fun and I especially loved the premises of the story, as I myself love all things essential oils and herbs. The mystery in this book was suspenseful and much harder for me to figure out than most, which is always welcomed and had me guessing right up until the end! This book showcased just the right amount of magic, wonder, and humor in all the right places, all adding up to a new enchanting and wonderfully written series! I can't wait to travel back and see what Elliana, Dash and Nabokov are up to next!
