     Angela Holland comes from a big boisterous Italian family where chaos reigns supreme and emotions are displayed up front and center. Bobby Holland comes from a dysfunctional family where emotions are best kept hidden.

     Bobby and Angela meet and are immediately drawn to each other. Opposites do attract. They are married within short order. But Angela soon finds out that what she considered quiet strength in Bobby is really a brick wall hiding his emotions from everyone, including her. She discovers that even though she cannot stand the ‘cry at the drop of a hat attitude’ of her family, she cannot live with ‘show no emotions’ Bobby. Angela leaves Bobby.
Fate brings the Bobby and Angela back together when, as Secret Service agents, they are assigned to protect the President’s mother from death threats.

     In Still Mr. & Mrs., Mary McBride takes us on a lighthearted romp through Bobby and Angela’s trials and tribulations as they protect ‘Crazy Daisy’, otherwise known as Margaret Riordan, the cantankerous mother of the President of the United States.
