All
I Ever Wanted
By Ellen Fisher
Drew's
first meeting with Maxfield is totally out of this world. The best-selling
author saves her from a gun-toting alien during a sci-fi convention.
She's grateful but as far as she is concerned, chivalry is his only
redeeming quality; unless you count emerald eyes, broad shoulders
and chestnut color hair. She'd be happy never to see him again except
for the tiny little fact her sister decides to date him.
Maxfield
Sinclair finds himself falling fast for the tall, willowy and beautiful
Dr. Cooper. The only fly in his ointment is the fact the Literature
professor despises him-not just his work, but also his attitude
as well as his music-stating they have nothing in common. Max is
determined to prove they do have something in common, something
besides a hotter than heck sexual attraction.
Just
when he thinks he is making some headway, Drew comes under personal
attack by an unknown assailant. Max wonders if he's the reason Drew
is in danger. Drew is certain that an old boyfriend is stalking
her but when the evidence points in a different direction, she doesn't
know what to think.
Ms.
Fisher hooked me from the start with a plot that made me keep reading.
A delightful mystery with sensual sex, hand-clapping emotions and
you'll never guess who did it ending. |
