By Patricia A. Rasey

Foster Taylor has it all-- Chains of hotels and more money than he could spend in his lifetime. Woman come very easy to him, but he would never give his heart again. However, there was a price as every woman in his life for the last few years have ended up dead or wounded. When Foster meets Brooke, he is determined to keep her safe. Someone is out to get Foster and he needs to discover who before the happiness he has found is taken from him.

Brooke is no mans mistress. Surviving her parents' murder four years ago, she will make it on her own or die trying. Opening her ladies shop in the hotel owned by Foster Taylor is not a huge success but it pays the bills and she depends on herself alone. Brooke is amazed at the feelings Foster arouses in her and is puzzled when not only Foster but all who know him thinks she is someone else all together.

Though Brooke fights the feelings, she falls in love with Foster. Now someone is stalking her, and is threatening her life. Secrets thought long dead begin to surface; the two lovers must believe in each other or risk loosing their love for each other.
