Magnolia Sky
By Susan
Crandall
Luke Boudreau made
the trip to Mississippi to speak to the mother of Calvin Abbott,
Luke's best friend in the Army, and a man that was killed in action.
Instead of just Calvin's mother, Luke finds Calvin's wife--someone
that Calvin has never spoken about in their years of friendship.
Circumstances evolve and Luke finds himself drawn to help the two
women and Calvin's younger brother through their grief, and then
finds himself overwhelmed by feeling for Calvin's young and beautiful
wife. Luke and Analise know they should not be together, but their
feelings for each other will not be ignored, even for the dead.
Excellent writing
and wonderful passion make this a wonderful book for those hot and
sultry southern nights!
