Tempting Fate
By Kay Wilde

What is a girl to do when she dreams of a romance to last through the ages? She seeks to find that romance! Colleen McBride dreams of another time where love is forbidden by a dark and vengeful source. She leaves her home, her job, her entire life behind to seek the love that has been denied her whole life. A roadmap takes Colleen to the spot where she hopes her dreams of unrequited love will blossom forth once again in this lifetime. Ronan O’Shea spent his life going around the world and eventually finds himself drawn to a lonely house by the sea. He feels that he needs to wait for something, or someone, to come find him and lead him out of his lonely existence. Will Colleen and Ronan find the secret that has brought them together? A little help from an unlikely source and one great storm solves a riddle begun many years before either Colleen or Ronan were ever born.

Journey’s End has many aspects that make this story timeless. The characters and the story were paced very well and enough background information was obtained so the reader wouldn’t be lost. Vivid description, touching scenes, twists of fate makes this a well worth read!
