Just My Imagination

By Karen Sandler

Katherine Tipton has always loved being around children, which is why as principal of an elementary school she takes interest in all her students. Therefore, when the parent of mischievous student Cora Walker fails to attend a meeting, she decides she will go to him.

Steven Walker has just found a note to meet with the principal when he realizes she is at his door. Although he has talked to her many times on the phone, seeing her in person is more than he expected.

With Katherine being very straightlaced and only wanting to marry someone she can depend on, she is very surprised by the attraction she feels to Steven. He seems to be so much like her late father, a grown man who acts like a boy. How can she possibly become involved with a man who plays video games all day? She believes it is no wonder his daughter is undisciplined.

Steven realizes he is falling in love with Katherine. Now he just needs to convince her even if it means coming between her and her almost-fiancé. More than anything, he will have to break through the barriers she has thrown up to protect herself and teach her that it is all right to have fun in life.
