A Lady's Guide to Rakes

by Kathryn Caskie

Meredith Merriweather has only one interest in a notorious rake like Lord Lansing and that is to finish the guidebook she has been working on for two years called A Lady's Guide to Rakes. However, it seems that her last subject, the most notorious rake of them all has given up his wicked ways--or so he tells Meredith, but she knows better, because once a rake, always a rake.

After being found in bed with another man's wife, Lord Lansing, Alexander Lamont, has been told by his father to change his womanizing ways or lose all family funds. This is a task that Alex had been working on until word got back to his father of his dallying with a woman in the park. Although, Alex was just assisting the lovely Meredith after an accident, his father decides the best thing for him to do is marry Meredith. Alex is positive he will have no trouble winning the beautiful lady's hand in marriage; after all, he has always had a way with women.

This reviewer was completely captivated by this marvelous tale of romance. Richly woven with amazing characters, plenty of humor and an equally amazing plot, A Lady's Guide to Rakes kept me completely captivated. I would highly recommend this book to all who love to read a great romance.
