The Pregnancy Test
Harlequin SuperRomance Series #1285

by Susan Gable

Jenna Quinn has some simple rules when it comes to dating - she doesn't do kids. Jenna prefers to live a carefree and spontaneous life, and kids definitely don't fit into that plan. Unfortunately, she can't resist her new neighbor - and he has two kids. She insists on having a "dessert" relationship, foregoing all serious issues and only having a good time. That all changes when she realizes that her stomach flu is actually something worse - she's pregnant.

Sloan Thompson is having a hard time dealing with his teenage daughter since his wife's death. He looks at his relationship with Jenna as a way to ease back into dating. Now Sloan is trying to deal with the news that not only is his fifteen-year-old daughter pregnant, but his girlfriend is also going to have a baby.

Nine months. Two pregnant women. How will he ever survive? Sloan is determined to do the right thing by his girlfriend and make her his wife. Jenna is refusing to get married - and she doesn't even know if she wants to keep the baby.

The Pregnancy Test is thought-provoking and full of complex relationships. This book is heartwarming and very sweet. I would recommend this novel for anyone who enjoys a romance story with substance.
