Atonement

by Sherrill Quinn

Simon Trelawney is a vampire. He's accepted that and can 'live' with it. But when the offer comes with a chance to reclaim his soul and a place in heaven, he grabs on with both hands. But an offer from the devil is a little unnerving - even for a vampire. The catch: he has to save a certain innocent from an untimely death.

Tessa Long - of T.A. Investigations - worked hard to rise to her current position. To stay there, she needs clients. When Simon comes along asking about Jack Rippert, another client, there's no way she's refusing him.

Why Jack is attracted to this particular quarry makes for interesting reading. Atonement points out that there is often little difference between the goody guys and the bad. Ms. Quinn writes a fast paced story of love and Atonement, with a hero to cheer for and a heroine worthy of him.
