Lady Katherne’s Wild Ride
by Jeane Westin
Lady Katherne Lindsay had lived with her uncle and aunt on her father’s land for years. Luckily, she had been able
to escape her uncle’s passes until the night he came to her room. Katherne had never been as scared as she was when
she realized there was no way to stop him from taking what he wanted. She is saved when her maid knocks him on the
head. Believing he’s been killed, the two women flee to escape being hung for murder.
Actor Jeremy Hughes travels around to do his performances. When he comes upon the two women, he realizes he has
found the notorious Lady Katherne and her maid. Needing the funds, he decides to turn them in, only to discover that
the man they’re suspected of murdering is not dead. Jeremy knows he cannot let the women hang, especially when the
sharp tongued Katherne brings out feelings he never knew he had.
Lady Katherne’s Wild Ride is a magnificent book that will keep readers entertained from the beginning
until the end. With an extraordinary plot and wonderful characters, this is one book that is definitely going
on the Keeper Shelf. Ms. Westin knows how to write a story that readers will never forget. Superbly written,
outstanding story. |
