Tough Enough

by Sarah Storme

Jackie Cook is running from her life. Growing up in Alaska in a house of ill repute she had seen just about everything, but she was also friends with many of the girls in the House. Therefore, when one of her friends decided she was going to trick Malone, the biggest drug dealer in Alaska, Jackie decided she would do all she could to help. Now she is on the run for her life. Arriving in Spencer Springs, Colorado, to the trailer another of her friends loaned her, she feels like she may be safe for a while.

Matthew Forester is bored. After all, there is just so much a man can take of having women falling at his feet. When he first sees Jackie working at his favorite restaurant, he is struck with lust; just looking at her makes him feel things no other woman ever has. However, trying to get Jackie to date him is harder than he thought. Jackie is not the type to just fall all over him, she is tough, and after all, she even rides a motorcycle, wearing leather that really turns Matt on.

Matt must convince Jackie that he is the man for her. She believes she does not fit into his world, and with danger lurking, she is afraid to let Matt get too close for fear of his life. She knows that if Malone's men find her, she is a dead woman and anyone around her will be dead also.

Tough Enough is a magnificent read that will have readers totally engrossed. Ms Storme has once again given readers a story that is hard to put down.
