Dark Possession
(The Carpathians (Dark) Series, Book 15)

by Christine Feehan

From every human being there rises a light.
When two souls destined for each other, find one another,
their streams of light flow together
and a single brighter light goes forth from the united being.

The Carpathian blood flows through Manolito De la Cruz’s veins. As he makes his way back to his homeland his inner senses tell him that his life mate is close. He knows that the one he seeks is a foreigner to his world, but to fulfill his lifelong legacy she must be his, for until they are joined neither one of their worlds will be complete.

MaryAnn Delaney is unaware that she is The Chosen. Her life revolves around working as a counselor to battered women. Her work takes her far away to South America to counsel a pregnant rape victim. Through her work and the women she counsels, she feels that she is helping to rebuild lives which circumstances have tried to destroy. Unbeknownst to her, the trip will not be what she anticipates for she does not yet realize she is fated to be joined with her life mate.

Together Manolita and MaryAnn find one another. But their hearts cannot be fulfilled right away for there are evil forces that are against their love and happiness. Will their love be strong enough to break the evil that is trying to tear them apart?

Christine Feehan’s name is a legend that stands alone, for when you speak it you immediately know that you are speaking of the Queen of Paranormal. This being her eighteen Carpathian novel, you know her flawless talent has carried her through this long and eagerly awaited series. With each book she opens up another vein for fans to feed off of to gain their paranormal high. Once again she has created another masterpiece. Very highly recommended.
