Deadly Sexy

by Beverly Jenkins

What can you say about Beverly Jenkins? She is a writer, through and through, and her many books are proof of her excellent writing style. Again, I am transported into the minds of the characters as I read another brilliant book by this fantastic author. Her latest novel, due out in November of this year, is Deadly Sexy. The title alone gives you a sense of mystery and romance all bottled up in one book which will definitely keep the pages turning.

Jessie Teresa Blake is a sports agent who knows her job and does it very well. Men are intimidated by her until she meets Reese Anthony while stranded on the highway. Of course romance is in the air for Jessie and Reese; but along the way a murder takes place and Reese is bent on finding out what’s going on in L.A. football. When Jessie is threatened, he makes a promise to himself to protect the sports agent, falling in love in the process.

Beverly Jenkins does not disappint and you will take a ride with her to the very end of this intriguing and sexy novel. You will be captivated, motivated, intrigued and eager to turn the last page. Jessie Teresa Blake is a very rich and sexy woman, but her ideas changes when she meets Reese and the two get caught up in murder...

This is a delightful book of 384 pages which will taunt you and steam up your bathroom mirrors as you get into the lives of the hero and heroine in a world where thriller and romance come hand in hand. Beverly Jenkins continues to educate and entertain at the same time and, I promise you, this book is worth a bag of chips and some ketchup too.

When you finish Deadly Sexy you will also want to check out the other books by this talented author, and again take a ride into the mind of Beverly Jenkins where you will truly enjoy the ride...
