A Highlander for Christmas

by Sandy Blair

Born with the ability to see into the future, Sir Cameron MacLeod’s Aunt Mhairie is distraught at what her visions tell her the future holds. She knows if she doesn’t take matters into her own hands she could risk losing Cameron at the Battle of Culloden. She devises a plan to trap him in a puzzle box until she is assured the danger is past. What she never anticipated was that circumstances would prevent her from undoing the spell.

It’s Christmas time and antiques dealer Claire MacGregor is not feeling in much of a festive holiday mood. With mounting bills and a close friend’s death, Claire finds that things just seem to be going from bad to worse with each passing day. Having inherited all her friend’s possessions, she finds the thing that most intrigues her is a mysterious puzzle box. She is so intrigued she finds herself trying to solve the puzzle so that she can find out what the mysterious box contains. She hopes for riches but she never dreamed that once it was opened it would release a naked man.

Sir Cameron MacLeod was intent on going to war, but his plans were changed when a spell was cast upon him. Now, centuries later, he is finally free but standing in a stranger’s bedroom minus his clothes. He knows that he has to get back to his world, but to accomplish this will take a miracle. Can an eighteenth century man learn to fit into the twenty first century world?

Sandy Blair has written an exceptional paranormal romance. This one will have you wishing for your own puzzle box under the Christmas tree. Very highly recommended.
